Ben A. Byers is a graduate of Chase College of Law and Licensed since 2006. In conjunction with this, he has also been a part of the U.S. District Court Western District of Kentucky since 2011. Ben has been practicing for over 14 years with experience in Elder Care, Estate Planning, and Business Law and Litigation. Beginning his practice law in 2006, he understands the importance of each case and is personally invested in positive outcomes. Ben works closely with seniors and their loved ones to help determine the best course of action. Our priority is to assist seniors in planning for their future and ensuring that they are getting the care they need and the benefits they deserve.
